We received the Excellence Award (Minister of Labor Award) in the 2017 Labor-Management Partnership Program Support Project Excellent Case Competition hosted by the National Labor Relations Foundation under the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The Labor-Management Partnership Program Support Project Excellent Case Competition aims to establish a partnership culture for labor-management cooperation and promote exemplary cases that serve as role models for other workplaces. By recognizing outstanding examples, the competition encourages participation in the program and promotes the dissemination of excellent models in industrial sites.

This year, a total of 120 participating companies nationwide applied for the competition and completed their final reports. After a document review, the competition was held on November 23, 2017, at the Taeyoung Building Art Hall in Yeouido, Seoul, with 10 selected companies. Our company received the Excellence Award (Minister of Labor Award), ranking second nationwide.

The award-winning companies will receive priority in the selection of support projects for 2018, as well as benefits such as the publication of case studies, production and distribution of videos, and designation as benchmarking companies in labor relations as part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's efforts to foster exemplary labor-management relationships.


This competition served as an opportunity for our company to once again be recognized externally for its stable labor-management relations and high productivity among the 120 companies implementing the Labor-Management Partnership Program.
